ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES
The application of Desert Blume Architectural Guidelines (AG) for Phase D North will be administered through a checklist. All plans received will be consistent with this checklist and the Architectural Guidelines. Each applicable element listed in the checklist must be ticked to ensure that it has been addressed in the drawing prior to submission of the plot and house plans for review.
The checklist simplifies the Architectural Guidelines and provides clarity to homeowners/homebuilders. It also minimizes the review time and expedites the approval process.

Required documents to be submitted:
- Two sets of house plans drawn at 1/4” = 1' 0" Scale Imperial (1:50 Metric).
- Two sets of plot plans drawn at 1/8" Scale Imperial (1:20 Metric).
- Security Deposit of $3,000.00 made to Desert Blume Development.
- Completed checklist.
- Information sheet.
